Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine their individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific conditions.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including exercise regimens, manual therapy, and the use of specialized equipment to reduce pain and enhance mobility.
• Continuously monitor patient progress, documenting treatments and outcomes to ensure effective ongoing care.
• Adjust treatment plans as necessary, based on patients' feedback and progress, to achieve optimal therapeutic results.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on rehabilitation strategies and the use of assistive devices, ensuring they feel empowered in their recovery journeys.
• Stay abreast of the latest industry developments, attending workshops and professional meetings to refine skills and maintain high standards of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our Physical Therapists work with a wide range of patients, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological disorders, and chronic illnesses. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits
