Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions using evidence-based approaches tailored to diverse student needs.

• Perform thorough assessments and diagnoses using appropriate psychological tests and developmental assessments to guide treatment planning.

• Develop personalized treatment plans and measurable goals for clients, ensuring they are aligned with the student’s unique challenges and circumstances.

• Deliver crisis intervention services, including immediate support during crises, conducting risk assessments for suicidal ideation, and coordinating potential hospitalizations.

• Work collaboratively with educational staff, parents, and other mental health professionals to formulate comprehensive support strategies for students.

• Maintain meticulous records and documentation for all client interactions, aligning with best practices and regulatory requirements.

• Contribute to the formulation and execution of clinical policies and procedures to enhance service delivery and promote effective care outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
