ResponsibilitiesEngage with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable Allstate products.
Provide exceptional customer service, building rapport and trust with policyholders.
Explain policy details, coverage options, and benefits clearly and concisely.
Process applications, renewals, and policy changes accurately.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional coverage.
Collaborate with the agency team to achieve collective goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
RequirementsMN Insurance Producer License (required for sales).
Demonstrated success in sales, customer service, or a related field.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
A genuine desire to help people and solve problems.
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
Comfortable using technology for client interactions and administrative tasks.
