Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and seven years of relatedexperience Certified Scrum Master or Certified SAFe Scrum Master withsignificant experience coaching Scrum teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong Agile background, with a minimum of three (3) years’experience leading teams using an Agile Scrum or Scaled Agile approach Understanding of all elements of software development includingplanning, development, requirements management, CM, quality assurance,and release management Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with very strongcommunication skills and work ethic; self-starter Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to pass anIT-1 background investigation. Niceto have skills: SAFe Advanced ScrumMaster, SAFe Practitioner, or any other Scaled Agile Certification Prior Oracle EBS FederalFinancial Management experience supporting DoD Experience with OracleE-Business Suite, information exchanges, data warehouse Experience with testautomation techniques and tools Experience with buildingin software security (BSIMM, security touchpoints) Experience withcontinuous deployment models Ability to apply advancedprinciples, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development ofinnovative principles and ideas. #J-18808-Ljbffr CDIT
