HR Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

Respond to HR-related questions via email, phone, and in-person. Process transactions in HR systems like Workday and Cisive. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, including I-9 and E-Verify. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure documentation compliance. Support employees with benefits, timekeeping, and system access. Keep HR policies and portal content up to date. Review and approve personal information changes. Escalate issues to HR teams as needed. Provide support for union-related HR tasks, including: Job postings, bidding, contract compliance, and orientation Entering union pay increases and updates in Workday Assisting with union benefit and contract-related inquiries Respond to HR-related questions via email, phone, and in-person.
