Work Environment

As a Home Care Physical Therapist, you will work onsite within patients' homes, creating a flexible and individualized treatment setting. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions, identifying their unique needs and establishing appropriate treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
