Work Environment

This full-time position requires you to work onsite, delivering personalized care through home care services in Nokesville, Virginia. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver focused therapy sessions that typically involve treating 1-2 patients per hour, ensuring personalized attention and care.
• Conduct thorough physical assessments, gathering detailed patient histories and clinical information to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment to enhance patient mobility and functional capabilities.
• Establish clear, measurable rehabilitation goals for each patient, regularly assessing progress and modifying plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation in accordance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance in all aspects of patient care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to encourage a holistic approach to patient rehabilitation, including coordination with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population primarily consists of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, and chronic pain conditions. As a Physical Therapist at Thrive, you will work with a diverse range of patients, from post-operative rehabilitation to those with musculoskeletal disorders. Your compassionate approach and clinical expertise will be essential in helping them navigate their recovery processes.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, with an accredited program completion.
• A valid and active Virginia Physical Therapist license in good standing.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting focusing on hands-on patient care, ideally within orthopedic rehabilitation.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an outpatient orthopedic clinic would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and clinical documentation processes.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
