This position offers a flexible remote work setting, allowing you to conduct therapy from the comfort of your home while engaging effectively with clients via a secure telehealth platform. Our typical work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a reliable schedule that promotes work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) interventions tailored to the unique needs of clients seeking to manage stress, enhance relaxation, and increase overall well-being.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify clients' stressors, emotional challenges, and personal goals, utilizing this information to design customized mindfulness practices.

• Guide clients through mindfulness techniques, including meditation and breathing exercises, fostering a deeper self-awareness and emotional regulation.
\n
• Facilitate group workshops that educate clients on mindfulness practices, effective stress management techniques, and resilience-building strategies, creating a community of support.

• Integrate mindfulness approaches into individual therapy sessions, addressing specific mental health issues while supporting clients’ personal development.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists and healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach in treatment plans and patient care.

• Maintain meticulous records of client progress, documenting mindfulness interventions and outcomes in a manner that informs ongoing treatment strategies.

• Engage in personal mindfulness practice and commit to professional growth through continuous education and training in mindfulness-based methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on working with a diverse range of clients seeking support for various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders. Your expertise in mindfulness practices will empower clients to develop effective coping strategies and promote emotional healing.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Oregon.

• Demonstrated proficiency in integrating mindfulness practices into therapeutic interventions.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, essential for creating a safe and supportive therapeutic environment for clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a fair salary, we offer:
