Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary duties will involve conducting both individual and couple’s therapy sessions. You’ll engage with clients through telehealth services as well as in-person consultations, depending on the client's needs. Specific responsibilities include:

• Assessing and diagnosing mental health conditions through thorough evaluations and client interviews.

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans focused on family dynamics and communication enhancement.
\n
• Facilitating therapy sessions that address issues such as familial conflicts, grief, abuse, blended family dynamics, and adjustment to life changes like separation and divorce.

• Guiding clients through therapeutic exercises designed to improve family relationships and enhance coping strategies.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with regulatory standards, using our integrated electronic health records system.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary team members to develop comprehensive care plans and provide holistic support to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a wide array of clients, including couples and individual clients facing various challenges such as emotional distress, relationship problems, and family conflict. Particularly, you will focus on:

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
