Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians, analyzing their physical capabilities and creating tailored treatment plans based on their specific needs.
• Implement treatment modalities that may include therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and functional training designed to restore mobility and enhance patient well-being.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient progress and treatment methodologies in compliance with regulatory standards and our internal quality assurance protocols.
• Foster a positive patient experience by delivering outstanding customer service and effectively communicating treatment objectives and progress with both patients and their families.
• Work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes through evidence-based practices and shared insights.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and self-management strategies to facilitate long-term recovery and prevent re-injury.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.

• Current CPR certification and knowledge of first-aid procedures.
