Work Environment

This full-time position typically involves a schedule of 40 hours per week, with the possibility of variable weekend shifts as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations to identify patient's functional limitations and develop individualized treatment plans based on these assessments.
• Implement and adjust therapeutic interventions, continually assessing patient progress, outcomes, and making recommendations for changes when necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure a seamless continuum of care for patients, regularly communicating and documenting findings in compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, self-management strategies, and rehabilitation goals, ensuring understanding and encouraging active participation.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments, evaluations, and discharge summaries, while managing billing and insurance coding for services rendered.
• Supervise and mentor support staff, including Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and aides, fostering professional growth and effective team dynamics.
• Participate in community outreach programs, quality improvement initiatives, and organizational marketing efforts to enhance visibility and improve service delivery.
• Engage in ongoing professional development such as workshops, conferences, and in-service training to enhance clinical skills and ensure best practices in patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
