Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions, tailoring treatment plans to their unique needs.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise protocols, and advanced rehabilitative equipment, to alleviate pain and restore mobility.
• Develop detailed, individualized treatment plans that align with patients' therapeutic goals and facilitate their return to peak function.
• Monitor and document each patient's treatment response and progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and family members about therapeutic processes, assistive devices, and self-care techniques to enhance recovery.
• Stay up-to-date with current best practices by attending workshops, reading professional literature, and networking within the industry.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required, along with a valid state license to practice physical therapy.

Compensation and Benefits
