Female Cofounder - HR and Recruitment sales background

SupportFinity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cofounder to join our cofounding team. For the sake of diversity, this role is only open for a Female Cofounder.

This role offers a tangible company equity, a chance to represent the company in front of investors. Fixed salary will be offered after the first 3 months.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in HR and Recruitment business sales to drive business growth and shape our strategic vision.

This pivotal role requires a visionary leader passionate about building and scaling a successful enterprise in the HR tech or recruitment services sector.

Responsibilities
Work with their network of customers to introduce SupportFinity’s unique technology.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives in the HR and recruitment market.
Own, build and manage key client relationships, driving revenue growth through consultative sales approaches.
Create and identify new market opportunities and potential strategic partnerships within the HR and recruitment ecosystem.
Contribute to product development and service offerings based on market insights and client feedback.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences, enhancing brand visibility and thought leadership.
Work daily with the co-founding team on overall business strategy, financial planning, and operational execution.

Qualifications

Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the HR technology or recruitment services.
Has an existing network of potential customers.
Extensive experience in B2B sales, with a deep understanding of HR and recruitment processes and challenges.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with C-level executives.
Strong understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in HR and recruitment.
Experience in startup environments or building a business from the ground up is highly preferred.
