CCI has a Payroll Manager position available in its Charlotte, NC office. This position has visibility and interaction with senior management and offers career advancement. Position Responsibilities: Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions. Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates. Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions. Performs final review on all New Hire, Status Change and Termination files as part of our Payroll controls. Track employee leave as relates to payroll. Processes stock vesting and grants as they relate to payroll. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices. Facilitates audits by providing records and documentation to auditors, both internal and external. Other duties may be assigned at company’s discretion. Experience: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field required. 3-5 years of related experience required.
