What You’ll Do Lead business development efforts within the healthcare and life sciences sector Build and grow relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and key industry partners Identify and pursue new opportunities—from lead generation to closing deals Manage your sales pipeline and track performance using Salesforce Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, estimating, and project teams Help craft compelling RFP/RFQ proposals and presentations Represent Cannon Building at industry events, conferences, and networking groups Achieve and exceed sales targets while contributing to strategic growth What Makes You a Great Fit Proven success in business development and sales, ideally in construction or healthcare Strong network within healthcare construction or life sciences Background in commercial construction project management is a plus A self-starter who can manage multiple opportunities and drive results Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, growth-focused culture Why Join Cannon Building?
