This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to balance people, performance, and profitability. What You’ll Do: Lead and inspire a team to deliver outstanding service and results. Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and high standards. Develop and implement business strategies that drive sales and growth. Hire, train, and mentor staff to build a motivated, high‑performing team. Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability. Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer satisfaction. Foster vendor and community relationships to support business success. What We’re Looking For: Previous management experience (restaurant, retail, or hospitality preferred). Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to manage budgets and analyze financial performance. Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills. A degree in Business or related field is a plus, but not required.
