For more information on what we are about as a company, check us out by following the link below: Job Summary Coordinate employee recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with company policies and employment laws Plan, coordinate, and support employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and company events to promote a positive workplace culture Track and maintain employee certifications, ensuring all required credentials remain current throughout the season Knowledge of company handbook to answer questions for employees Audit and maintain employee personnel files and employment records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality Prepare and submit unemployment claims accurately and within required deadlines Conduct employee check-ins as needed to support engagement, performance, and retention Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws Assist with audits and reporting Other duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications and Requirements: Comfortable working in a highly visible role Highly organized and efficient worker; skilled at multi-tasking Good time-management skills in high volume situations Positive and personable demeanor Ability to handle stressful situations Strong communication skills, both oral and written High attention to detail Excellent collaborator, and attentive listener Ability to follow directions accurately and without hesitation Willing to take initiative and work independently when needed HR competence and knowledge of HR process and computer programs Reliable and personable; enjoy working with a diverse range of individuals and ensuring employee requirements are met first Professional integrity and sense of responsibility and accountability Strong skills using Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and Adobe Acrobat Previous administrative or coordinator experience, preferably in Human Resources Bachelor's degree preferred, not required Bilingual preferred Levy is a member of Compass Group USA Compass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
