Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while maintaining a connection to educational institutions. Our supportive team environment promotes work-life balance, offering you the opportunity to work 40 hours per week with flexible scheduling options including 4x10 or 5x8 shifts. Our operating hours are from 8 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday, providing ample time for professional collaboration and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, group, couples, and family psychotherapy using proven therapeutic modalities tailored to diverse cases.

• Conduct thorough client interviews to assess social, personal, environmental, and behavioral health needs, synthesizing this information into actionable treatment plans.

• Evaluate clients’ mental health concerns and utilize evidence-based practices to develop treatment strategies and interventions.

• Plan and facilitate programs that address both social and emotional development in students, drawing on empirical research to inform practice.

• Coordinate care and manage crises by providing timely referrals to appropriate community resources, ensuring holistic support for families.

• Create and maintain a therapeutic environment rooted in mutual respect, acceptance, and trust, enabling positive client engagement.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions, adjusting care approaches as necessary based on evidence and client feedback.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field of study is required.

• Active LCSW licensure in the state of Arizona is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
