Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain meticulous, audit-compliant records for each intern, ensuring they are complete and accurate.

• Engage in the intern performance evaluation process, including documentation for retention and corrective actions as necessary.

• Monitor the caseloads of interns and address any concerns in coordination with Centralized Intake and other clinical supervisors.
\n
• Attend program and agency meetings regularly to contribute to program development and continuous improvement efforts.
\n
• Support the recruitment and onboarding process for interns and trainees that aligns with organizational goals.
\n
• Participate in the training and facilitation of workshops for interns and interns from universities, ensuring they meet compliance and educational requirements.
\n
• Provide crisis and non-crisis clinical consultations via telephone and in person.
\n
• Conduct regular audits of documentation and client records to ensure they meet compliance with agency policies and funding requirements.
\n
• Ensure a clean and organized virtual workspace, promptly reporting any maintenance or safety issues.
\n
• Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of clinical program objectives and practices.
\n
• Deliver psychotherapy services tailored to the clients' individual needs based on established best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of your work will be on a diverse range of patients, including individuals experiencing emotional and social disorders. You will provide support to adults and children coping with challenges such as anxiety, depression, difficulty coping with life transitions, and other mental health concerns in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Your role will not only involve direct therapy sessions but also consulting and collaborating with families and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
