Senior Account Manager

Overview Formulate and implement a regional sales strategy for German and Austrian markets, promote the achievement of sales goals for Dreame's personal care and beauty products, such as hair dryers and hair styling wands, and publicize major target customers. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities and customer preferences through market research, identify and seek new business opportunities in retail and vertical salon market segments. Deeply understand customer needs, ensure that their needs are met and resolve any concerns or inquiries in a timely manner. Work closely with the marketing team to develop customized promotional catalogs and marketing materials to effectively showcase products and drive sales. Manage and train retailers, chain salon stores, e-commerce platforms and distributors; perform sell-in/sell-out management and ensure the accuracy of sales forecasts. Represent the company in trade exhibitions, including IFA and other industry exhibitions. Qualifications Bachelor degree, graduated from marketing, sales management or related majors; involvement in the personal care or beauty industry is preferred. More than five years of relevant local work experience, familiar with German and Austrian markets, and have relevant integrated marketing success stories. Has the ability to withstand pressure, strong market development and sales capabilities, and has worked deeply in the past. Has good interpersonal resources, the ability to develop interpersonal networks, and has team leadership and project development experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
