Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while engaging with clients across various settings through telehealth services. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, ensuring an understanding of their unique backgrounds and needs.
• Provide individualized and family therapy sessions tailored to meet specific needs, drawing from therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy.
• Manage and complete necessary paperwork including billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms within specified timelines to ensure compliance and efficient care delivery.
• Develop comprehensive crisis plans and safety plans, alongside relapse prevention and wellness plans, to equip clients with strategies for maintaining mental stability.
• Create discharge plans in collaboration with the client and family to support transitions out of care.
• Adhere to all relevant federal and state laws, regulatory standards, as well as internal policies and procedures to maintain ethical standards in practice.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training, workshops, and continuing education to maintain your skills and licensure.
• Participate in case consultations and agency meetings to enhance inter-professional collaboration and share insights about patient care practices.
• Complete all required licensure and mandatory training to uphold standards of practice and personal growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, providing therapy for a range of mental health issues. You will play an integral role in supporting individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Your culturally sensitive approach will ensure that therapy is rooted in the values and experiences of each client, promoting effective engagement and meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field is required.
• Current licensure as a mental health therapist in the State of Colorado, including LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in providing telehealth services is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience working with diverse populations and complex cases will be an asset.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and licensure. Benefits for this position include:
