Als Accounting Clerk / Financieel Administratief Medewerker ben jij een onmisbare schakel binnen onze financile afdeling. Je draagt dagelijks bij aan het soepel laten verlopen van onze financile processen en ondersteunt collega's met accurate en actuele financile informatie.
Wat ga je doen?
In deze rol werk je zelfstandig aan de dagelijkse financile administratie en heb je een breed takenpakket:
- Verwerken van inkomende en uitgaande facturen, betalingen en eenvoudige boekingen
- Ondersteunen bij het bijhouden van subadministraties en het grootboek
- Uitvoeren van controles, rekeningafstemmingen en routinematige reconciliaties
- Signaleren en rapporteren van afwijkingen aan de accountant of finance collega's
- Ondersteunen bij de maandafsluiting door het opstellen van overzichten en verzamelen van documenten
- Bewaken van de volledigheid en juistheid van financile gegevens
- Assisteren bij auditvoorbereidingen
- Contact onderhouden met interne afdelingen en leveranciers over facturen en betalingen
- Verwerken en rapporteren van standaard financile rapportages
Functie-eisen
Wat breng jij mee?
- Een afgeronde MBO+ of HBO-opleiding in Finance, Administratie of een vergelijkbare richting
- Minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring in een administratieve of financile rol
- Basiskennis van boekhoudkundige processen
- Ervaring met een ERP-systeem (bijvoorbeeld SAP) is een pr
- Goede vaardigheden in Excel en Microsoft Office
- Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en neemt verantwoordelijkheid
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels
