While the majority of your sessions may be conducted online, you will also engage in team consults and training sessions, ensuring you remain connected with your colleagues. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of client symptoms and accurately diagnose mood disorders and other mental health conditions.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique goals and preferences of each client, employing evidence-based techniques to address their specific challenges.

• Provide education to clients and their families regarding mental health issues and the various pathways for treatment, fostering open communication regarding expectations and progress.

• Monitor clients throughout their therapeutic journey, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed based on comprehensive assessments of their progress.

• Maintain precise and confidential records in compliance with ethical standards and local regulations, ensuring comprehensive documentation of all client interactions.

• Actively participate in regular team meetings, case consultations, and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and stay updated with relevant practices.

• Advocate for client needs, promoting mental health awareness and resources within the community and consulting with external providers as appropriate.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on working with a diverse client population, which includes individuals and families facing a range of mental health challenges. These may include anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, and life transitions. You will demonstrate an ability to connect meaningfully with clients to create a secure and trusting environment that facilitates their healing journey.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active LMFT license in the state of California.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to form trusting relationships with clients and families.

Compensation and Benefits\n
