Established Personal Injury Law Firm seeks a Bilingual Receptionist.
Looking for a high energy upbeat candidate that is ready to work at a fast paced environment. This is not your typical receptionist position. This position is ideal for someone that is up for a challenge and does best working under pressure. VERY BUSY position.
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Answer multiple phone lines, screen, and route calls to the appropriate legal and administrative staff.
- Take down client messages for legal staff.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure clients are seen in a timely manner.
- Schedule appointments.
- Set up new client folders.
- Copying, scanning, faxing, filing.
Candidates should have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work as a member of a team.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Excellent customer service skills and be excited to work!
Must have worked in the last 3 months.
