Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Carter Healthcare Inc., you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments with couples and families to formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to the unique needs of clients, including both individual and family therapy sessions.

• Addressing a range of complex issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, familial conflicts, job stress, and adjustment issues related to separation and divorce.

• Facilitating communication and conflict resolution techniques among family members to enhance relationships and improve overall family dynamics.

• Maintaining accurate and timely records of patient interactions using digital health systems for efficient care management.

• Staying current with industry best practices through ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Your clientele will include a diverse array of individuals, couples, and families from varied backgrounds, including but not limited to:
