Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities to address clients' diverse needs.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ relational dynamics and mental health status, subsequently developing personalized treatment plans with achievable goals.

• Implement family systems theory and other systemic interventions to analyze and address communication issues and stressors affecting family dynamics.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients in distress, ensuring safety and stability for individuals and families.
\n
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans in alignment with ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Educate clients on communication techniques, conflict resolution strategies, and coping mechanisms to promote emotional health and improve relationships.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and psychologists, to provide integrated care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices and evolving research in marriage and family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your therapeutic practice will focus on both adult and child/adolescent populations. You will serve clients facing a variety of challenges, including but not limited to relationship conflicts, anxiety, depression, and family dysfunction. Westside Psychotherapy Services is particularly dedicated to those navigating life transitions, parenting issues, and the impact of trauma on familial relationships. By customizing your approach to the unique contexts of each client, you ensure that therapy is relevant and effective, ultimately fostering resilience and coping skills.

Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• At least three years of clinical experience in the mental health field, specifically involving outpatient therapy services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000–$100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
