Executive Director (Senior Restaurant Leader)
The Executive Director is the senior-most leader inside the restaurant, responsible for translating the Operator's vision into daily execution, leadership development, and business results. This role oversees all Directors, Managers, and operations (Front of House and Back of House) and is accountable for building a high-performance culture, driving profitability, and ensuring a consistently remarkable guest experience.

- Lead and oversee daily restaurant operations
- Develop and coach Directors, Managers, and future leaders
- Drive sales growth, labor efficiency, and cost control
- Ensure operational excellence and system consistency
- Champion guest experience and hospitality standards
- Partner with Owner/Operator on strategy and execution
Compensation & KPI Bonus Structure
Base Salary: $80,000 – $95,000+
Performance Bonus (Quarterly & Annual): $
Labor Efficiency (30%) – Target: 19%–21%

- Top Tier: 100%

Total Bonus Potential: $5,000 – $10,000+/yr

Schedule
- Monday–Saturday availability
