Part-Time Administrative Associate - Support Logistics & Office Operations

Are you detail-oriented, dependable, and looking for a part-time role with a consistent schedule ? We're hiring a Part-Time Administrative Associate to support our daily logistics operations and office administration. In this role, you'll help ensure shipments are documented accurately and internal processes run efficiently.

Hours: Monday - Friday 11 a.m. - 4 p.m.

What You'll Do:

You'll play a key role in supporting our operations team by ensuring freight documentation and internal communications flow smoothly. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Answering phones and providing friendly customer service to internal associates and external partners
• Performing accurate data entry using Microsoft Excel and other systems
• Reviewing and organizing paperwork to ensure shipments are properly documented
• Preparing, scanning, and filing shipping documents (e.g., bills of lading, delivery receipts)
• Sorting and distributing paperwork for inbound and outbound freight
• Supporting other team members in dispatch, check-in, and scanning areas as needed
