Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children to identify developmental delays or disabilities.
\n
• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs).
\n
• Monitor and assess outcomes as part of an interdisciplinary team.
\n
• Provide evidence-based information and support to families, equipping them with the necessary skills to enhance their child’s development.
\n
• Utilize a coaching model to implement strategies within the child’s natural learning environment.
\n
• Develop rapport with children and families to foster trust and provide a positive, engaging experience.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all applicable Federal and State regulations to uphold the highest standards of care.

• Adapt services to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of each child.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children aged birth to three years who exhibit developmental delays or disabilities. This position requires a deep commitment to supporting families through education and engagement, ensuring that each child has the opportunity to thrive in their learning and development through personalized care plans.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW in New Jersey.
\n
• Valid driver's license required for potential travel to family homes.

• Knowledgeable about Natural Learning Environment Practices.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
\n
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to work respectfully and collaboratively within a team dynamic.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least one year of experience in early intervention services, particularly focused on children with developmental challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n
