  Create and implement integrated care plans that ensure clients have access to a range of linked services, fostering effective communication among clients, family members, and service providers.

  Deliver a spectrum of prevention, treatment, and recovery services, assisting clients through crisis interventions as needed.

  Manage a caseload of clients, providing assessment, individual therapy, and family therapy while ensuring treatments align with client needs and preferences.

  Monitor all aspects of client engagement, including meetings, admissions, and discharge planning, to ensure seamless transitions and adherence to treatment protocols.

Qualifications\n

  A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.

  Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New Jersey.
