Process endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and policy changes with accuracy and efficiency. Review coverage options and offer tailored recommendations based on client needs. Follow up on quote opportunities and agency-generated leads. Identify cross-selling opportunities to round out client accounts. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation. Collaborate with multiple insurance carriers to secure competitive coverage options. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients while delivering outstanding customer service. Qualifications/Requirements Required: Active Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License. Minimum of 1 year of experience in an insurance agency setting. Strong communication and customer service skills. Proficiency with agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
