This is a rare opportunity to be the finance voice in the room, reporting directly to the Managing Director and working shoulder-to-shoulder with department leaders, and the Finance Committee. You will be a trusted strategic partner helping steer an institution that touches thousands of lives. What you'll own: The full financial function, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls Oversight of outsourced accounting, ensuring the numbers are sharp, accurate, and always ready The annual budget process, plus dashboards that give leadership real, actionable insight The annual audit relationship, as the go-to liaison with external auditors Compliance across nonprofit accounting, donor restrictions, and grant requirements Revenue tracking Payroll and HR administration — the full people-ops picture What makes you the right fit: 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership under your belt A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or similar; CPA and/or MBA a strong plus Nonprofit chops — fund accounting and restricted contributions are your comfort zone QuickBooks (Desktop and Online), Excel, and PowerPoint fluency A self-starter who thrives managing multiple priorities #J-18808-Ljbffr
