Valid RN license in the state or Compact BLS certification AWHONN certification NRP certification FHM certification (preferred) 2 years of experience preferred (not required) Charge experience preferred
Provide nursing care to laboring and postpartum patients, including those with high-risk conditions. Perform assessments and establish care plans for postpartum patients. Manage maternal care, including postpartum hemorrhage and VBAC management. Monitor fetal heart rates and identify/treat abnormal patterns. Assist with labor interventions and support breastfeeding/lactation. Educate patients and families regarding discharge instructions and couplet care.
Return-to-office/location must be listed at the time of submittal. Local candidates within a 50-mile radius are not accepted. COVID-19 and flu vaccine status is required. Orientation/modules will be completed onsite and travelers are expected to float as needed.
