Deine Aufgaben

  • Du verantwortest den kompletten Sales Cycle von eigenem Cold Calling, Online Demos bis zu den Abschlssen. Du hast ein starkes SDR Team, welches dich auch mit vorqualifizierten Leads versorgt und Inbounds die aktuell 50% der Leads ausmachen

  • Du fhrst berzeugende Online-Demos durch, verstehst die Pain Points deiner Kunden und prsentierst individuelle Lsungen.

  • Du managst Deals zwischen 6.000 100.000 , mit durchschnittlichen Sales-Zyklen von 2 bis 12 Wochen .

  • Du gewinnst regelmig 5+ Neukunden pro Monat und steuerst auf einen monatlichen Umsatz von ca. 70.000 - 100.000 hin (abhngig von deiner Senioritt).

  • Du priorisierst eigenstndig deine Pipeline , nutzt CRM-Daten (z. B. aus HubSpot, Salesforce) zur Planung und Forecasting.

  • Gemeinsam mit dem Team optimierst du kontinuierlich unseren Sales-Prozess , bringst Ideen ein und testest neue Strategien.

Was du mitbringst

  • Mind. 3 Jahre Erfahrung im B2B Sales , idealerweise im SaaS- oder softwaregetriebenen Umfeld.

  • Du hast bereits mit SDRs zusammengearbeitet und weit, wie du vorqualifizierte Leads effizient weiterfhrst und wie du auch selber Cold calling machst.

  • Erfahrung im Closing von Short-Cycle-Deals (212 Wochen) sowie im Handling von mittelgroen Dealgren (6k100k ) .

  • Du kennst dich aus mit zielbasiertem Arbeiten , KPIs, Funnel-Logik und monatlichen Umsatzzielen .

  • Du hast einen hohen Anspruch an deine eigene Arbeit , holst dir proaktiv Hilfe oder findest Lsungen auch wenn es mal nicht luft. Rckschlge motivieren dich, kreativ zu denken und neue Wege zu testen.

  • Du bist selbststndig, hast ein gutes Gespr fr Timing im Sales und denkst unternehmerisch.

  • Flieende Deutschkenntnisse (C2) und gute Englischkenntnisse sind Voraussetzung
