SaaS Implementation & Customer Success Lead
Field Technicians
Atompod is seeking a Customer Success and Implementation Manager to help customers adopt Nucleus and integrate it into daily operations. You will guide from discovery through configuration, data migration, training, launch, and ongoing adoption, translating customer workflows into effective Nucleus configurations and collecting feedback for product improvements.
