This is a remote role that allows you to provide care from the comfort of your own home while connecting with clients in hospice care. Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid LCSW licensure in the state of Texas.
