Receptionist (RWHC)

Receptionist Position

The receptionist performs various procedures associated with routine patient encounters, maintains positive relationships with patients, family members, visitors and fellow employees. Receptionist greets patients, makes appointments for patients and maintains accurate and orderly schedules for physicians.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of the patient encounter
• Open the department on time
• Keep schedules for physicians
• Monitor lobby area and be ready to assist patients or visitors when needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 7 11 months related experience and/or training
