Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining comprehensive and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and case summaries, to support treatment continuity and regulatory compliance.

• Collaborating with clients’ family members and support systems to co-create discharge plans and facilitate reintegration into community resources.
