Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to the unique needs of a diverse patient population through telehealth.

• Conduct thorough intakes, assessments, and individualized treatment planning to ensure effective care delivery.

• Lead individual, group, and family therapy sessions online, employing a variety of clinical techniques to engage clients during virtual meetings.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with Federal, State, and organizational regulations.

• Provide ongoing mental health assessments and referrals when necessary, connecting clients with resources that support their recovery journey.

• Utilize telehealth technologies effectively, ensuring seamless communication and interaction with clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinical services cater to a diverse client base in Kennewick, Washington, and beyond. You will support individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more, while creating personalized strategies that foster resilience and emotional well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) with an active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) certification.

• Minimum of two years’ experience in mental health counseling, with a focus on outpatient care.

• Demonstrated experience in remote work settings, equipped to manage virtual interactions effectively.

• Proficiency with telehealth platforms, including familiarity with HIPAA compliance.

• Commitment to maintaining a private and confidential environment for client sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
