About the Position

A growing, employed multi-specialty medical group in Northeast Ohio is seeking a  Gastroenterologist to join a stable and well-supported practice. This is a permanent, outpatient-focused opportunity with a strong referral network and a consistent patient volume.

The physician will join a small GI team within a larger organization that includes primary care and specialty providers, ensuring a steady and reliable patient base. The practice is supported by experienced clinical staff, an Advanced Practice Provider, and modern infrastructure to support efficient, high-quality care.

Position highlights include:

• Outpatient Gastroenterology with some Internal Medicine responsibilities
• Expected patient volume of 15–20 patients per day (required)
• High-volume office-based practice
• Group practice setting with another Gastroenterologist
• Fully trained clinical support staff and APP support
• Blocked operating room time
• Fully integrated EMR (Epic-based)
• Well-established referral network from employed and affiliated primary care physicians
• Onsite laboratory and X-ray services
• Must reside within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate
• Permanent position only (no locums)

Requirements

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Gastroenterology
• Active Ohio medical license or in process of obtaining
• BLS and ACLS certification by start date
• DEA registration required prior to start
• Recent NPDB Self-Query Report (within 30 days)
• Willingness to live within a 40-mile radius of the practice
• Open to H-1B and J-1 visa candidates
• Locum candidates not accepted
