Role Purpose
Salesforce is a critical CRM platform supporting business operations, sales, and digital transformation. This role focuses on delivering scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather and understand business requirements
- Analyze processes and identify improvement areas
- Create user stories and functional documents
- Work with technical teams to design solutions
- Support data, integrations, and workflows in Salesforce
- Ensure solutions follow best practices
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams
- Support UAT, issue tracking, and resolution
- Ensure data quality and integrity
- Provide user training and post-go-live support
Experience & Education
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Minimum 5+ years of Salesforce experience
Salesforce Expertise
- Salesforce configuration (fields, layouts, workflows, reports)
- Experience with Lightning platform
- Understanding of integrations and data models
- Knowledge of automation, validation rules, and flows
- Salesforce certifications preferred
Business & Soft Skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
