This is a full-time, in-office, temp-to-hire opportunity for someone with strong billing experience and solid QuickBooks skills.ResponsibilitiesEnter and process billing and invoice information accurately in QuickBooksReview billing documents for accuracy and completenessAssist with accounts receivable tasks, including posting payments and reconciling discrepanciesMaintain organized billing records and documentationCommunicate with internal departments to resolve billing issuesProvide general administrative and office support as neededEnsure timely and accurate billing cyclesSupport the finance team with additional tasks as assignedRequirements2–3 years of billing or accounting support experienceQuickBooks experience requiredStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)Reliable, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environmentCompensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $24.00 - $27.00
