Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in California (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience providing OT services in a school-based setting is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP processes, documentation, and goal development
• Ability to assess, design, and implement therapy plans for students with diverse needs
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• A commitment to promoting student independence, participation, and academic success

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough occupational therapy evaluations for students referred with educational needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans as part of IEP teams
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services in accordance with student goals
• Maintain comprehensive records, progress notes, and required documentation
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings, team discussions, and ongoing professional development
