Float Pool Registered Nurse

In this role, you will support both short-term rehab and long-term care residents, adapting to changing unit needs while maintaining excellent clinical standards. Responsibilities include assessments, medication administration, wound care, IV therapy, documentation, and coordinating with an interdisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care.
