Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans for clients, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Provide short-term psychotherapy focusing on effective strategies for crisis intervention, stress management, and relationship counseling for individuals and couples.

• Utilize telehealth technologies to deliver therapy sessions and maintain accurate electronic health records, ensuring compliance with clinical documentation standards.

• Engage in weekly collaborative consultations with supervising licensed psychologists and interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality patient care and treatment planning.

• Develop effective therapeutic interventions that contribute to the treatment of a varied patient population, including those facing mental health and dual diagnosis disorders.

• Engage with clients through virtual sessions while assessing their needs, making referrals to other services when necessary, and providing ongoing support and resources.

• Participate in regular clinical team meetings to review case progress, share insights, and develop best practices for service delivery.

• Maintain a high standard of clinical expertise, continuously seeking out professional development opportunities and staying abreast of emerging trends and modalities in family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will predominantly work with youth and families experiencing mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Your expertise will guide clients through their personal journeys, fostering resilience and promoting mental wellness. Our diverse client base reflects a range of backgrounds, providing a rich tapestry of experiences and challenges for therapists to engage with and support.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT licensure (or Psy.D) in the state of Texas is required.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, social work, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience providing psychotherapy services, particularly via telehealth platforms.

• Demonstrated clinical competence in a variety of evidence-based treatment methods applicable to individual, family, couple, and group therapy.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and their application in clinical practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 75,000 and 125,000 annually , commensurate with experience.
