Administrative Coordinator Confid

Rutgers University is hiring an Administrative Coordinator for the School of Arts and Sciences. The role involves coordinating employment processes for faculty, staff, and students, managing HR-related data and communications, supporting human resources programs, and ensuring compliance with university policies while handling administrative tasks and serving as a liaison within and outside the unit. Highlights Coordinate daily employment activities and academic appointment processing for faculty, staff, and students. Manage personnel HR data in collaboration with SAS-IT and generate reports for operational and strategic needs. Support the SAS Office of Human Resources by organizing programs, projects, and administrative operations. Analyze payroll and financial reports; conduct audits to ensure transaction accuracy. Complete purchasing, inventory tasks, and ensure compliance with university purchasing procedures. Schedule appointments, coordinate workshops and meetings, and communicate with diverse audiences. Prepare labor relations documentation supporting university negotiations and contract administration. Use software including Cornerstone, HCM, Guardian (E-Verify), SAS systems, Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, minimum two years of HR experience.
