Work Environment\n

As a remote therapist, you will utilize our telehealth platform to conduct therapy sessions, allowing flexibility in your schedule while maintaining a balanced work-life dynamic. Hours for this position are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a structured work routine that aids in both client and therapist well-being.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions, expertly guiding clients through their individual challenges and emotional struggles.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve clients experiencing varying degrees of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and relationship challenges. You will work closely with individuals from diverse backgrounds, including children, adolescents, and adults. Key to your success in this role will be your ability to connect with clients remotely and foster relationships that facilitate healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• A current and active license to practice independently in the state of Virginia (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).

• At least two years of relevant experience in providing therapy and designing individualized treatment plans.

• Strong competency in virtual communication and the ability to establish trust with clients remotely.

• Proficient in using online therapy platforms and telehealth technologies to enhance the therapeutic process.

Compensation and Benefits\n

For your dedication to our clients and your professional development, we offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
