Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive, individualized therapy strategies tailored to meet the needs of each client while performing thorough assessments and evaluations to track progress.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions across a variety of modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring a safe and supportive atmosphere for open communication and healing.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care, discussing and reviewing treatment plans to ensure cohesive support for each client.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in adherence to legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and integrity in all aspects of patient care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions to remain informed about the latest research and best practices in mental health.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
