Business Development Representative

Business Development Representative - SaaS/IT Services Salary: $60,000-$100,000 + bonus/commission Our client is a well known player in the IT Services/SaaS space, and is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to generate new business through cold calling, as well as sell into current accounts while maintaining client relationships throughout various locations in FL (Miami, Orlando, Tampa). Responsibilities And Duties Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual business development quotas. Generate new leads through targeted email campaigns, cold calls, conference and trade shows, social media outreach, and other prospecting efforts. Own the first stage of the pipeline for a designated territory within the sales process. Collaborate closely with Account Executives and the Marketing team to fully pursue all relevant leads. Use and iterate on AI tools and internal solutions to optimize prospecting strategies and personalize outreach at scale. Take detailed notes and leverage automations within our CRM. Qualifications And Skills 1-4 years of experience as a successful BDR with a track record of exceeding quota. Strong outbound cold-calling experience. Proficiency in Salesforce preferred Ability to confidently engage with C-level executives and VPs. Coachable and adaptable to changing processes. SaaS or B2B sales experience Experience working with SMB or large enterprises (nice-to-have). #J-18808-Ljbffr
