Qualifications:

• Active Minnesota Special Education Teaching License or proof of eligibility

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) that address each student’s unique strengths and areas for growth
• Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction for students with varied abilities
• Track, document, and report on student progress in accordance with district and state guidelines
• Communicate regularly with families and team members to ensure continuity of support and share progress
• Foster a nurturing classroom environment that encourages growth, independence, and confidence
• Participate in IEP meetings, staff development, and ongoing professional learning
